sync issues

Hi

My box starts up orange now so had to change my hdmi settings to 720 instead of 1080 and now my videos are out of sync any ideas?

When you are watching a film in Kodi if you click on the volume icon you can adjust the video (or audio) lag to bring a film back into the sync. It happens with films, not necessarily a consequence of hdmi settings.

How about in showbox app as that's the worst on box for out of sync
And any idea about the orange screen when on 1080

Yeah that worked with hdmi thanks ☺ any idea on getting my 1080 back and without orange screen as 720 isn't the best

There are 2 1080 options right 50hz and 60hz. Did you get the problem on both?
A TV issue is still a possibility. Have you tried on another set?
It could of course be a firmware issue and output has been locked to 720.
How long have you had your box? Which one is it?

1080 60hz turna orange and 1080 50 wont stay on it reverts back to 720 and its the x7 ultimate I've had it a year and a half with no problems

Ok. One more thing to try and that's it from me. Try another hdmi lead in case the original is faulty. If that does not work then I think you need live support @Qaisir to intervene. They may suggest a factory reset or something else.
