As I see on descriptions everything is based on kodi 17. Is there anyway to downgrade to kodi 16.1? If yes how?

Think the T8-S plus V2 still has LibreElec 16.1 which is a version Kodi..
You can also still get Kodi 16.1 on there site as well, so you can just download it.

LibreElec will be getting a upgrade to 17.1 soon.

Kodi 16.1 is still fine. At some point, it is allegeded, more providers will move to more sophisticated ssi/https certification which will require the newer version of Python embedded in Kodi 17. Until then, stream away.
