T8S-Plus not booting up

having an issue with my t8s-plus v1.

Switched the unit on tonight and it initially booted up into the main menu fine, when I went to launch DB media it failed to boot. So I switched to openelec and now it's stuck in the loadingscreen and won't boot up.

Powered down and pulled the cable out the back, but now wants to boot straight into openelec which keeps freezing. Can't reset as can't get back to the main menu.

Any ideas Its had the latest updates and was working perfectly before tonight.

Hi Matt,
It's strange that you say you have all the latest updates and mention "openelec" twice in your problem description. I say this because on the t8s plus, openelec was replaced by Librelec more than 6 months ago via an ota update

It's possible the update failed in your case if you are still running openelec.

My advice would be to go for a factory reset and boot into android and see if you can regrab the Librelec update

I do have Librelec, it was a slip of the keybaord. I've spoken to the support guys this morning who have advised on a reset and boot back into android.

I'll let you know if it solves my issue
