@ruttsyrules - In case this is still an issue (without knowing your purchase date etc)
To access your DroidBOX's settings:
Head to the launcher's homescreen (the area with icons you see when you first turn the device on)
Click on an icon with: One cog, Two cogs or Settings written by it
If you want to access the monochrome-like stock Android Settings area, now click the OTHER tab, then the MORE SETTINGS button.
If you're looking to alter Kodi/XBMC/DBMC/SPMC's settings, head to Kodi/etc etc's homescreen (the one that appears when you first open the application).
Now scroll to the right until you see either a SYSTEM or SETTINGS menu. In either case, click directly on that specific menu entry, not below it.
