Unable to Connect -could not retrieve dir info

Hello decided to have a clean install, reset and wiped all data on T8s box , trying to install Spinztv build but each time i try and add wizard
comes up with cannot connect , checked all set up info i have connection , updated ect ok , even tried another site get same message any ideas please ?

Must be down...try again latter or use another wizard or do it manually by adding the repos yourself.
You could also type in the URL into your browser see if it links to the site, if it doesn't then its down...

A million +1 on that comment. Very useful to see if your ISP is blocking/filtering access to the address you're using in Kodi.
