Univeral Remote T8-S Codes - Can you help?

Are there any codes so I can use my AV amp's remote (Yamaha)

Good question, but no we've not got any codes ourselves for universal-style remotes.
If anyone does ever find some that work, please do post and let us know.

I have a Harmony One that I'd like to use with my T8-S

If any universal remotes have a learning feature (like the VIP remote control for example) and you don't have the codes to set up the remote automatically, you should find you can copy the original Infrared Remote control's functions to your universal. I'm assuming that isn't the case so far.
