"Waiting for Data Connection"

I had trouble updating to new Wookie so performed factory reset of TS8-Plus. Clicked on OTA updates --> Available updates. Keep getting message "Waiting for Data Connection". I have ethernet (which is working because used it on iTunes last night). Factory reset again but same problem. Anyone any ideas why? Is this a problem my side, or problem with Droidbox server?

2nd issue is that can't turn wifi function on - when I click it "on" it just turns off again. Was trying to see if could use WiFi rather than ethernet to download the version 1.0.7 update. Any thoughts?

Am complete newbie so any help appreciated.

Click in the top right corner of the OTA app, if you see an option related to WiFi only for downloads, untick it.
If this works and you're asked whether to wipe cache or data as well, select data. See if WiFi then turns on after the update. If not, drop us a message - [email protected] - with your order ID and we'll get this sorted.
