I searched for this on the forum lists but cant find it although it lists M8s mine doesn thave a clock on the front can anyone help please?

Sorry yes im a total noob who has moved from a Kryptview to an Android box and help whatsoever would be great by pm or anything else thanks.

I'm not sure the m8s is a droidbox (the m8 is) , but whats your question? We can probably answer it.

Aaah sorry I just searched for help but I presume you are a seller offering advice on you own product which I wish I had found first, are there any general forums that cover other boxes?.

I wish IU had found you first I got this today its froze several times and the remote has stopped working.

These m8 and MX boxes that are bought on eBay are cheap and a pile of crap(most are imported from China with internal components missing)people on other forums make me laugh when they say they are better than say a t8.....they really don't have a clue...also back up is non existent too.

With regard to the remote, try replacing the batteries if you haven't.
The box could be freezing because internal memory is full. As a starter, try clearing Kodi cache (in android - apps) and delete any unwanted apps and media.
