Wizard script failed help asap pls

openELEC script failed, most often the WiFi password hasn't been entered (Android and openELEC two different operating systems, so WiFi details etc need to be entered into both).
Very late with this response, we've had a few threads that slipped through the net, my apologies.
Both Android and openELEC? Make sure WiFi network shows as being connected in Settings (two cogs icon from homescreen).
If you're using a network cable, make sure Ethernet is ticket in the area mentioned above, not WiFi.
