updated to the new os and have not been able to install wookie in Kodi since , have tried all the usual stuff uninstall and re instating the source from the zip file , re installing kodi , trying in open elec stc always with the same result in install this times out around 75%

Hi, might be your storage is low as well. Go to setting, other, more setting and then storage and check how much you have.
After the update did you clear data, as this helps it install, plus this would have reset your box too.
If all is fine in storage then just clear cache and keep trying as it also could be the woodies servers too, they been down for maintenance recently.
