I have recently purchased Two M5 Droidboxes, one of them works great , however, the other keeps "freezing" for no apparent reason. It can freeze even just viewing the main menu or sometimes when I am using Kodi. The only way it works after freezing is to switch it off with the remote and start...
Thanks for the reply, I managed to Livechat with Chris ( who was most helpful) when I got Home from Work, it seems like I need to send my box back for a firmware flash.
Hi,
I purchased a droidbox Q7 last year from yourselves:
I am recently having a lot of problems with the Box,
Firstly: I keep getting "kicked out " of XBMC upon logging in, it just takes me back to the main screen.
Secondly: the Box won't install apps, it downloads them and then says...
I have had to do a factory reset, now when I try to use the droidbox wizard it won't update, it just comes up with a script failed error message-where do I go from here as cannot loads apps
I have recently done a Droidbox update on my Q7 and when XBMC loads up, I am left with a different skin and no add ons under all the titles, how do I get the original skin back with all the add one listed etc ???
Maybe this is why my Q7 Box will not work with wifi since I got it a few weeks ago? Please can you also send me details about how to update firmware for my box also, thanks.
Further looking at the Box, I have found that the XBMC version it's running is, 12.4.1 when it's advertised as running 13.3.2 How come it's not loaded up as promised in advert with updated XBMC and Android Version? And how do I get it updated for both of these???
Hi,
I received my Androidbox Q7 from you last week, I have noticed that the Android version on it is Jelly Bean 4.2.2. However, I know it can run on Kitkat 4.4.2. Is it worth upgrading it ? If so, how do I go about it?
