yea got a pretty good idea if it happens again, just thought back to when i repair games consoles on what steps to take,....pretty simple to be honest i will be buying a new box in the near future tho....then hook this up in my sons room :P

got a result :D:D:D:D first of all as my box is out of warranty, i decided to open it up :O so i got a clean dry paint brush and give the insides a clean out...and then i proceeded to clean all the ports inside and out, i used a little bit surgical spirits whilst cleaning the ports taking...

its happens on 3 separate tv sets.... yea i know it can be hard to detect, but the thing is the tv detects that HDMI is connected and it is always connected, i always turn the box on first then the tv about 1 or 2 mins later never had a problem until i installed the new beta through droid box...

just got to your msg, i havnt got any ZIP or AML files on usb or sd card, no sd card is inserted into the box...so i cant enter recovery mode as no image on the tv or tvs, ive changed all HDMI cables and tried it on different tv set still nothing, as when you updated it you did it from your...

i got a telephone call from silently screaming, got box up and running, no probs at all just got no video just sound lmao....wish customer services would have just taken the time to listen instead of getting on their high horse.... great work silently screaming....

ive just spoken to customer services...NOT VERY HAPPY WITH HIS RESPONSE, he comes across as very arrogant, his phone constantly cuts out mid conversation when im trying to explain this he gets more and more arrogant... my box isn't working and all i want to do is get it fixed , NO LIVE CHAT...

ive wiped everything again and used the imx6 recovery from this here ( wont let me post link ??? now im just getting the reset mode eveytime i reboot :( looks like the bin is calling for it

ok so i updated from xbmc to kodi everything installed correctly, no problems but now i went to use droid box wizard on kodi nothing there ??? no wizard, no maintenance tool and hardly any add ons.... yes i waited for around an hour or so for it to finish updating.... but still nothing... so...

i find that your comment is truly unfair towards them at droidbox i can assure you that when my imx6 box failed, i contacted them here on the forum and was advised to carry out certain steps, to see if i could get my box working again. unfortunately my box failed to work again as i was having...
